Intuitive Eating is a dynamic, self care process, designed to reconnect you with your internal body signals, helping you honour your health by listening to your body and acknowledging your needs.

 

The Intuitive Eating process is a set of principles designed to support you in attuning to your natural appetite and physiological cues. I have adapted the Intuitive Principles for my work with clients and use them as part of our work together.

DITCH THE DIETS

As we begin this journey, our first task is one of un-learning. Recognising the true impact of dieting, restriction and deprivation and their contributions to disordered eating and damage to body image. We acknowledge where we have been misinformed, misled and fundamentally lied to. We embrace the need to express our anger, confusion and frustrations around these lies. Then we take the steps forward to relearn, so we can make informed choices for ourselves moving forward.
